Middle Front End Engineer (React)

About The Role As a Middle Frontend Engineer, you'll build and enhance user-facing features for both the core web application and custom client solutions. You'll collaborate closely with the Business Analyst, QA Engineers, Product Manager, Developers, and another vendor to deliver high-quality software. AI-assisted development is a core part of our engineering workflow, and you'll use modern AI tools daily to accelerate development, improve code quality, and deliver better solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React.js and TypeScriptBuild maintainable web applicationsIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIsCollaborate with another vendor to deliver business valueParticipate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practicesUse AI-powered development tools as a core part of your daily workflow for implementation, debugging, code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical researchIdentify and resolve technical challenges while ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainabilityContribute to knowledge sharing Requirements Commercial experience developing web applications with React.js and TypeScriptStrong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and frontend engineering best practicesExperience integrating frontend applications with REST APIsExperience with Git and collaborative development workflowsBasic knowledge of Node.jsProficiency in working independently while collaborating effectively within sub-teamsComfortable using AI-powered development tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to improve productivity and code qualityInterest in staying up to date with modern AI capabilities and incorporating them into software development and engineering practicesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software SoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
