DevOps Engineer - Roofing Industry SaaS Platform (US Client) Location: Hybrid, Cluj-Napoca - 1-2 days/week in office Type: Part-time (min. 4h/day) to Full-time, flexible Client: USA-based company, roofing industry software platform About the Role We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure and deployment operations for a US-based client building software for the roofing industry. You'll work closely with the development team to maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Responsibilities Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or GCP Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions Monitor system health, troubleshoot deployment issues, and optimize performance Collaborate with developers on release processes and environment management Implement security and cost-optimization best practices Requirements Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP Strong Terraform skills (IaC design, modules, state management) Experience with GitHub / GitHub Actions for CI/CD Comfortable working with a US client and async/overlapping hours Available for hybrid work in Cluj-Napoca (1-2 days/week in office) Good English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) Familiarity with SaaS/startup environments
