๐ก The Project
As a Senior React Engineer, you will join immediately to help the team build the 2nd iteration of a critical Patient Dashboard & a new product, as well support their existing products.
This is a deliverable-focused role where you will not only ship features but also define the architectural patterns for the future.
You will collaborate closely with other engineers, product, and design to architect and build new solutions with React & TypeScript , implementing design systems and Module Federation to better scale their Health Care professional and patient-oriented products.

๐ฏ Responsibilities
Architect for Reusability: Apply critical thinking to re-usability and apply necessary patterns where possible (e.g., Module Federation, Design Systems).Build & Ship: Design, build, and maintain readable and reliable code with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to design and implement new user-facing product features.Quality Assurance: Experience ensuring a high standard of quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing (Playwright, Cypress).Support: Monitor and support production applications when issues and bugs arise.

Frontend: React (Hooks/Context), TypeScript, JavaScript.Styling: Modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind.Architecture: Monorepo (Turborepo), Module Federation.Testing: Playwright, Jest, Cypress.DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI).
๐ ๏ธ Your Experience
4+ years of professional development experience.Deep React Expertise: Extensive production experience using React to build and maintain complex web applications.Modern Stack: Hands-on experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind and deep understanding of TypeScript.Architecture: Knowledge on maintaining multi-product/library monorepo solutions like Turborepo and experience with component composition/design systems.Testing: Experience ensuring a high standard of quality through automated testing such as Playwright or Cypress.Regulated Industry: Ideally, you have worked on products in the Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or other regulated industries, but it is not required.DevOps: Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines.

1st.
Intro Call: Experience & Culture check with the Head of Technology.
2nd.
Technical Session:
Paired coding challenge: Focus on bug fixing, code reuse, and implementing design system patterns.Technical Discussion: A verbal discussion to assess architectural thinking and "soft skills" regarding critical thinking.
3rd.
Team interview: meet a developer, designer & technical project manager from the team โ cultural fit (autonomy, collaboration).
4th.
Final stage: if local to Munich can be an office or remote interview with HR & CEO.
