Lead DevOps Engineer

With a strong focus on modernisation and continuous improvement, they are looking to appoint a DevOps Lead to play a key role in shaping and scaling their platform and delivery practices. Joining in a newly created function within the business you will work directly with a collaborative engineering and data team to implement automated processes and build pipelines You will be immersed in an autonomous working environment that encourages creativity while delivering to over 300 clients worldwide. As DevOps Lead, you will take ownership of the DevOps function, leading a small team and enabling the rapid, secure, and reliable delivery of technology services. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams to align platform capabilities with wider business goals, while introducing and embedding best-in-class DevOps practices. About You You’ll bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for improving engineering outcomes.
