🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Software Engineer (Node.js / Java) 📍 Location: Kraków, Poland 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) 💼 Engagement: B2B / Subcontractor 📅 Contract Duration: 6 months 💰 Rate: 100–120 PLN/hour We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join an exciting project focused on building modern engineering tooling with a strong emphasis on agentic AI application engineering. What you'll be doing: Design, build, and maintain internal tooling supporting Future State Architecture (FSA)Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or JavaWork with PostgreSQL and enterprise data sourcesBuild intuitive web UI components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworksOrchestrate autonomous AI agents for software build, test, and deploymentImplement robust integration patterns such as MCP, tool/function calling, and API integrationsCollaborate with global architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutionsDrive engineering excellence through automation, testing, security, and operational best practicesRequired Skills: ✅ Java and/or Node.js ✅ PostgreSQL (data modelling & query optimisation) ✅ Modern JavaScript/TypeScript UI frameworks ✅ Agentic AI application engineering ✅ MCP, tool/function calling, and API integration experience ✅ Production engineering mindset (security, resilience, performance, observability) ✅ Solution design & architecture experience ✅ Strong English communication skills If you're passionate about building intelligent engineering platforms and working with the latest AI-driven technologies, I'd love to hear from you! 📩 Interested?
