PHP Developer (on-site) location: Gdańsk Responsibilities On-site work in the office (Gdańsk) Designing, implementing, and deploying new, scalable backend features for educational applicationsParticipating in database design and maintaining code cleanliness and performance (following Clean Code and SOLID principles)Creating and maintaining a comprehensive testing pyramid - from unit tests, through integration tests, up to End-to-End (E2E) scenariosActively participating in code reviews of other team members, sharing knowledge and upholding high engineering standardsDiagnosing, analyzing, and promptly fixing bugs using application monitoring systemsCreating and updating API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI) We Expect You Have Minimum 2 years of practical experience in creating commercial backend projectsExcellent knowledge of object-oriented programming in PHP, with a strong emphasis on writing clean code (Clean Code), refactoring, and covering code with testsVery good, practical knowledge of the Symfony ecosystemGood knowledge of the MongoDB database and the ability to use it effectively in applicationsExperience in designing, implementing, and integrating APIs (e.g., REST, GraphQL)Communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to work smoothly and share knowledge within a team.
