Mobile App Developer / Co-owner We are an early-stage startup with strong growth potential and a strong team, led by an experienced founder and CEO. We are developing an on-demand marketplace solution and are looking to welcome a professional mobile app developer into the team as a partner and co-owner. The UI/UX design is completed. This is not a classic job This is an early-stage startup opportunity, not a standard salaried position. At this stage, compensation is equity-based, with the opportunity to become a co-owner in a startup with very high growth potential. The exact equity offer will depend on experience, contribution, responsibility, availability and long-term commitment. A paid role may become possible after funding or sufficient revenue, but this is not guaranteed at the current stage. What you would do Develop the mobile app based on the completed UI/UX design Build the main features and app logic Work with databases and backend systems Connect APIs and other integrations Fix technical issues Launch the app What we are looking for Mobile app development experience Understanding of databases, APIs and authentication Ability to work independently and promptly solve technical problems Clear communication and reliability Interest in developing something valuable and meaningful Experience with marketplace or on-demand applications is an advantage.
