Backend Developer (Senior)

RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop scalable backend services using AWS serverless architecture.Build and maintain APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related services.Implement and optimize database solutions (MongoDB).Debug production issues and implement monitoring solutions.Write comprehensive tests and maintain code quality standards.Collaborate in code reviews and architectural design sessions.Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional team collaboration.Document technical solutions and maintain system documentation.Monitor application performance and implement optimizations.Stay current with AWS services and backend development best practices. JOB REQUIREMENTS Required: University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT field.5+ years backend development experience with TypeScript/Node.js.Strong AWS experience: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, CDK, CloudFormation.Experience with AWS messaging services: SNS, SQS.NoSQL database experience: MongoDB.Experience with monitoring and logging: CloudWatch, SentryInfrastructure as Code (CDK) experience.Linux/Unix environment proficiency.Agile development methodology experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Clean code practices and code review experience.Very good English communication skills (written and verbal).Preferred: Relational database experience (PostgreSQL).Front-end technologies: Angular, RxJS, NgRx.Testing frameworks: Jest.Heroku platform experience.
