Act as a trusted advisor to Instashop leadership teams on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce effectiveness, culture, and leadership capability.Translate business strategy into actionable people priorities.Drive alignment between business objectives and HR execution.Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes to enable effective internal mobility and succession planning.Provide data driven recommendations on organizational health, retention, engagement, and capability gaps.Evolve Employee Experience by facilitating processes and developing new programs.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or violations. Manage and control Manpower Plans & Budgets and support the hiring process. Support business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.Nurture a positive working environment and interactive communication through proper channels. Maintain and monitor HR Systems, Data, and procedures. Implement and manage performance appraisal cycles to drive high performance.Maintain Reward plans and benefits programs in alignment with the Rewards Centre of Excellence.Manage reporting and analytics for better decision making in alignment with the Centre Of Excellence.
