Agile Full Stack Engineer

As Agile Full Stack Engineer you will own the entire development lifecycle of our cutting-edge web application: from the idea through to production. You'll build modern full stack applications, shape technical decisions, design scalable cloud solutions and work in a small, agile team where your ideas have a direct impact on both the product and our customers. What You'll Do: Design and build modern full stack applications end-to-end using TypeScriptWork in an AI-first development environment, leveraging AI to deliver high-quality softwareTake ownership of features from idea to production, including architecture decisions, implementation, testing, and deploymentBuild scalable frontends whilst always keeping performance and User Experience in mindDevelop and operate backend services whilst designing clean APIs and reliable servicesShape infrastructure as code and work with AWS servicesSet up and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable deployments What You Bring: Proven experience building modern, scalable web applications across the full stack using TypescriptStrong expertise with Vue.js or a comparable frontend framework creating intuitive and high-performing user interfacesExperience in the deployment and operation of AWS production systemsA solid understanding of modern data architectures, including NoSQL databases and event-driven systems such as DynamoDB and RedisStrong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering customer valueThe ability to work independently, take ownership of technical decisions and collaborate in a small agile teamExcellent communication skills, including English at C1 level, German is a nice-to-haveYou must live in Lithuania or be willing to relocate to Lithuania.
