SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join an agile team working on innovative solutions in the area of digital identity and security. In this role, you will apply your software engineering expertise to ensure product reliability, improve system performance, and drive automation following the “you build it, you run it”philosophy. You will be part of a team responsible for operations, infrastructure, and cloud deployments while continuously working to optimize systems and meet customer SLAs. 📍 Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Prague) 📑 Contract type: B2B or Employment Contract 🕒 Start date: ASAP / Upon agreement 📌 On-call duty: Once every 10–12 weeks 💼 Type of cooperation: Long-term Your Responsibilities Operate and manage cloud-based products within a DevOps team using SRE practices.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.Monitor systems using real-time monitoring solutions.Provide technical guidance for changes with potential customer SLA impact.Ensure smooth deployment of products in the cloud and successful handovers.Conduct onboarding tests, assess risks, and prepare mitigation strategies.Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotations. Your Skills & Experience ✅ Mandatory: Strong scripting skills (Bash or Python) with Linux administration knowledge.Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Git, and Terraform.Understanding of SSL/TLS basics and networking fundamentals.➕ Preferred: Helm, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).Experience with Apache/web servers.Public cloud knowledge (GCP preferred).Databases and monitoring tools (Datadog preferred).
