Founded in 2024, we're rapidly expanding and seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team in Krakow.Join Our Purchase Requsition Services Team and Steer Towards Excellence!Your Responsibilities:Precision in Process: Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.SAP Expertise: Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM), ensuring smooth workflow to the final purchase order.Procurement Verification: Assess procurement needs, delivery performance, and determine commissioning requirements.Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone to ensure seamless operations.Order Coordination: Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders, and ensure swift cycle times.Guideline Development: Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
