What Makes You a Great Fit 7+ years of experience building customer-facing web applicationsStrong proficiency in both React (or comparable modern JS framework) and Ruby on RailsExperience designing and building RESTful APIs and working with relational databasesComfort owning projects from concept through production, including making architectural trade-offsTrack record of raising the bar for the team - through mentorship, code quality, or process improvementsExperience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, or cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility experienceExperience with observability tooling (logging, monitoring, alerting)Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWillingness to work US timezone hours for team collaboration Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating LLMs or AI/ML services into production applicationsExperience with A/B testing, personalization, or data-driven content customizationBackground in a startup or high-growth environmentFamiliarity with compliance, security awareness, or ed-tech domains.
