What Awaits You We are seeking a skilled React developer to independently develop and maintain our web application. As a developer on this project, you will have ownership of the frontend architecture, development process, and implementation decisions.Design and implement the frontend architecture of our web applicationDevelop reusable components and front-end libraries for future useTransform business requirements into structured technical specifications.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA engineers to refine requirements.Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality codeOptimize application for maximum speed and scalabilityImplement and maintain quality assurance processesEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsHandle state management and data architectureImplement automated testing strategiesManage deployment and build processesEnsure cross-browser compatibility and responsive designMaintain code quality, organization, and automatization What Should You Bring Along University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience with React.js and its ecosystemMandatory skills: MCP + Skills + Agents, VSCode + Github or similar IDEAdvanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptExpert understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Context, etc.)Strong experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Zustand)Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar)Experience with React testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library)Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQLExpertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworksExperience with responsive and adaptive designExperience with Next.js or similar React frameworksExperience with UI component librariesUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)Knowledge of browser DevTools and debuggingFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Strong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesStrong communication skills for stakeholder interactionsExcellent English verbal and written skillsGerman communication skills will be a plus What do we offer?
