We are hiring Intelligent Automation Developers to join our consulting team. We are looking for talent with strong experience in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or both. In this client-facing role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy—designing and building cloud AI solutions while translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven conversations for external client stakeholders. What You’ll Do Lead technical design sessions with external clients and project teams.Build and integrate LLM, GenAI, and intelligent automation capabilities into production systems.Evaluate LLM performance using numerical methods and testing frameworks.Collaborate with engineers to establish coding standards, testing pipelines, and reusable architectures. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2-4 years of overall software development experience using C# / .NET, Python, or both.Hands-on experience building solutions in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Proven experience implementing LLM/GenAI capabilities into cloud environments (e.g., Azure AI services, Gemini via Vertex AI, or agentic frameworks like Google ADK).Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and repository management.Strong consultant presence: ability to communicate confidently with non-technical business leaders.Pluses: Azure AI Search/Vertex AI Search, Document AI / OCR tools, serverless architectures (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions), Ragas, BigQuery, or low-code tools (Power Platform, AppSheet).
