Portal Service Software Development/DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) Our digital platform operations team is expanding its scope to include the management of B2B portal applications and is now looking for a Portal Service DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will take on the technical ownership of the platform and ensure stable, reliable, and secure operation of application services running in a Kubernetes-based environment. Key Responsibilities: System Stability Management: Daily monitoring of logs, traffic, and system resources to ensure optimal system performance.Platform Enhancement & Optimization: Continuous improvement of the platform through system analysis and technical-debt scanning, including source-code refactoring and performance optimization to ensure compliance with company IT policies.Operations Ticket Handling: Managing and resolving operational tickets in Jira in accordance with SLA requirements.CI/CD Toolchain Operations: Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the CI/CD pipeline, keeping processes streamlined and performance optimized.System Operations Continuity: Ensuring service continuity without downtime or service interruption.Reporting: Providing regular status and issue reports to the reporting manager.Coordination with Service Operations Admin: Updating the Service Operations Admin on ticket-handling status and progress of assigned tasks. Requirements: A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of hands-on experience in platform operations, DevOps, application operations, or a similar technical role.Strong skills in requirements analysis, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.Proficient with Microsoft 365, Figma, and Jira/Confluence.
