Job Title: New Product Introduction Engineer Location: Boblingen, Germany Employment Type: FTE Job Overview Introducing new developments into production in close collaboration with internal functions as well as external suppliers, with a focus on 3rd-party devices and OEM productsActing as a technical interface to suppliers, especially for technical clarifications and approvals Support with qualification and development of new suppliers.Here's what you should bring: Experience dealing with OEM products, ideally in the medical technology field, as well as with complex supply chains and product structures. Broad technical understanding and a willingness to dive into technical details. Experience managing components or products in regulated environments, both in internal production and with suppliers.Knowledge of quality management (e.g., FMEA, APQP, IQ/OQ/PQ). Ability to collaborate in international and cross-functional teams and experience handling conflict situations.Project management experience with internal interfaces and external partners (Tier 1 - n).Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.Completed technical studies (e.g., electronics or electrical engineering).
