Roles & Responsibilities Design, implement and support enterprise VMware infrastructurePerform upgrades, patching and lifecycle management of ESXi hosts and vCenterTroubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and ensure high availabilityIntegrate VMware with storage, networking, backup and monitoring solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projectsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementCreate technical documentation and knowledge base articles Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in VMware infrastructure administration and implementationTechnical Expertise: VMware vSphere (ESXi & vCenter Server Appliance)vSphere Clusters (HA, DRS), vMotion, Templates, Snapshots & VM CloningvSAN, NSX, Content Library, Host Profiles & Lifecycle ManagerStorage technologies (FC, NFS, iSCSI, vSAN, RDM)VMware Networking (vDS, Standard Switches, VLANs, NIC Teaming)VMware Security, Roles & Permissions, RBAC & Certificate ManagementBackup & Recovery solutions (Rubrik, Veeam, Commvault or similar)Disaster Recovery using VMware SRM or equivalentCisco UCS administration (Fabric Interconnects & Service Profiles)Hybrid Cloud environments (VMware Cloud on AWS / Azure VMware Solution)Nice to Have PowerCLI scripting & automationVMware Aria OperationsVMware ConverterData Centre infrastructure knowledgeExperience working in Agile/SAFe environments What do we offer?
