The Role: As Senior Project Developer, you will take ownership across the full project development lifecycle (to operation) while supporting broader business development activities. This is a strategic and varied role with significant influence over project and regional outcomes. Some duties would include: Lead, develop and drive the growth of a diverse pipeline of Wind projects.Manage all stages of an onshore wind project including commercial and technical negotiations with key stakeholders.Build and maintain strong networks with landowners, municipalities, and local stakeholders.Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic plans.Represent the company and the team in regional matters, providing leadership and clear direction. The Person: The successful candidate will have: 5+ years in wind energy project development (other renewable energy backgrounds will be considered)Be the single point of contact for your team and clients during project implementation.Fluent German Language.
