Role and Responsibilities As a Full-Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain software applications for AOT's clients and internal product teams. You will write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code while ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural best practices. You Will Write clean, testable code while considering edge cases, error handling, readability, and long-term maintainabilityDebug and resolve issues across multiple projects or applications, using data to improve performance, stability, and observabilityDesign software modules and solutions consistent with broader service architecture while understanding project or application domainsPrioritize security in application development by identifying risks, collaborating with security teams, and promoting a security-first mindsetManage task breakdown, prioritize effectively, and address dependencies to ensure smooth integration and deliveryApply deep domain knowledge to align technical solutions with business strategy and influence product evolution Who You Are You are a skilled and versatile developer who takes pride in your craft and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
