About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that our multi-product ecosystem runs on — spanning iGaming, Sportsbook, Payments, and Data & AI.
This is a hands-on engineering role.
You will write Terraform, shape Kubernetes workloads, harden pipelines and make sure the platform behaves predictably under real traffic — working alongside our SRE, infrastructure and platform development teams.
Role Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain AWS infrastructure as code using Terraform — reusable modules, clean state management and reviewable, low-drift changes.Operate and evolve our Kubernetes platform: workload configuration, Helm chart authoring and templating, autoscaling, node provisioning and access control.Deliver and improve GitOps-based deployment workflows — declarative, version-controlled and auditable — using tooling such as ArgoCD.Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) for build, test and promotion.Build and operate observability tooling — metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerting — so degradation is detected early and the right people get the right context.Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems: networking, DNS, TLS, systemd and filesystems.Apply cloud security best practices across IAM, secrets, encryption and WAF.Manage infrastructure cost and efficiency, right-sizing without hurting reliability.Participate in incident response and review, turning findings into permanent fixes.Document what you build — runbooks, architecture notes and decision records.
Key Qualifications & Experience
5+ years in DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure or Systems Administration roles.Hands-on Terraform experience — writing modules, managing state and resolving drift.Solid AWS background, ideally across VPC and networking, RDS, S3, IAM and MSK.Practical Kubernetes experience, including Helm chart authoring and templating (not just installing charts), workload tuning and debugging failing deployments.Exposure to GitOps practices — having used, implemented or moved to a GitOps model.Strong Linux and system administration foundations — you diagnose from the shell.Confident working across CI/CD pipelines — building, debugging and improving them.Observability is a bonus, not a barrier — tell us about any monitoring stack you have run.Fluent English, both spoken and written.
