The candidate helps design quality infrastructure, facilitates the development and deployment process, implements the right technologies for our products, and improves the lives of fellow developers. The incumbent will be working with 5 important internal product : Connect, Plan, Analyse Lifeguide and Centralize    Your Day With Equisoft Collaborate with the development team to facilitate the development processAutomate and align the process of building (CI), deploying (CD), maintaining and upgrading the technologies supporting the applicationDiagnose and resolve production issues in coordination with development teamsManage access controls, security compliance, and implement security best practices across environmentsUse GitOps (Terraform, Opentofu, FluxCD, ArgoCD) best practicesMonitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security with proactive recommendationsTroubleshoot complex distributed systems and implement corrective measuresOptimize the use of the cloud in order to reduce operational costs Requirements:    Technical Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in AWS or AzureStrong experience with Kubernetes cluster management and operationsProven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflowsStrong knowledge of Linux, Git, Docker, and scripting (Bash, Python, or GoLang)Solid understanding of security implementationsExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Tempo or Prometheus) in Kubernetes environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex distributed systemsExcellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written) Soft Skills   Strong sense of organization and prioritizing Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information.
