Regional Engineering Manager

We are seeking a full-time Engineering Regional Manager to work within our client’s Engineering Department, leading a team and working directly with clients. The ideal candidate is motivated, positive, and dependable, with a P.Eng and related engineering consulting experience. This position is based in Prince George, BC. Relocation assistance will be provided for out of town applicants. This role is accountable for operational performance—including safety, quality, profitability, and team culture—and bridges strategic direction from senior leadership with on-the-ground execution.The Regional Manager leads multiple Project Managers and Technical Leads, ensuring consistent delivery standards, staff development, and alignment with company objectives.
