Associate / Junior Vice President – Global Infrastructure Private Equity | Sydney Highly active private equity style infrastructure investor with a strong track record Broad exposure across digital infrastructure, energy transition, utilities, transport and other essential assetsDeal execution, portfolio value creation and direct access to senior leadership We are partnering exclusively with a leading private investment platform seeking to appoint an Associate through to Vice President within its Sydney based Infrastructure & Real Assets team. The team invests with a long-term, high-conviction approach across essential infrastructure and real assets, targeting businesses with strong cash flow characteristics and significant long term growth potential. With flexible capital and an unconstrained investment mandate, the team invests across sectors including energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport & logistics, water, waste and other essential infrastructure themes. Working as part of a small, collaborative investment team, you will gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, financial analysis, transaction execution, due diligence, asset management and value creation initiatives. The role offers significant responsibility, direct access to senior decision makers and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in evaluating and managing investments. We are interested in candidates with approximately 4–8 years of experience gained within investment banking, infrastructure advisory, private equity, infrastructure investing or other principal investing platforms. Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution skills are essential.
