What You Will Do Design and scale AI-driven systems powering virtual agent capabilities, including conversational reasoning, retrieval systems (RAG), and tool-calling frameworks.Develop high-performance backend services in Python and Django, integrating complex APIs like Amadeus and Sabre to support real-time decision-making.Own the architecture for distributed AI applications while continuously improving model reliability, observability, and evaluation frameworks in a Kubernetes environment. The ideal candidate Has 5+ years of production software engineering experience with a strong background in Python and designing scalable backend applications.Possesses proven hands-on experience building or integrating LLM products, specifically using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.Is a proactive problem-solver based in Poland who is excited about agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and solving performance bottlenecks in high-scale systems.
