OutSystems Developer

Must Have Skills: We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of enterprise-grade web/mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OutSystems development, integration with external systems, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform.Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.Troubleshoot defects, analyze root causes, and implement fixes and performance improvements.Ensure solutions comply with coding standards, security controls, and enterprise architecture guidelines.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and deployment/release notes.Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.Provide knowledge transfer, mentor junior developers where needed, and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of overall application development experience delivering complex enterprise/web applications.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as JIRA, Git..Understanding of secure development practices and enterprise delivery standards.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
