Responsibilities Backend Development & Architecture Design and develop scalable, resilient microservices using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot)Build and maintain event-driven systems leveraging streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, ksqlDB)Develop and support high-throughput, real-time processing servicesEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of backend systems Cloud & Platform Engineering Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS cloud environmentsWork with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and KubernetesHandle deployments, scaling, and monitoring of distributed systems System Integration & Data Engineering Design and optimize database schemas and integrations (PostgreSQL, Redis)Build data pipelines and event ingestion servicesIntegrate messaging systems such as Kafka and cloud-based event services DevOps, Monitoring & Security Implement observability and logging solutions (e.g., Splunk)Manage secure application configurations using tools like HashiCorp VaultPerform incident response and root cause analysis for production issuesInnovation & AI Integration Contribute to initiatives involving AI-powered applications, such as chatbot solutionsExplore new technologies to enhance automation, system intelligence, and business value Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field6+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development Required Skill Strong proficiency in:Java (Spring Boot)Microservices and distributed systemsEvent-driven architecture Hands-on experience with:AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)Kafka or similar streaming platformsPostgreSQL or other relational databasesExperience with containerization (Docker) and cloud-native development Preferred Skills Experience in financial services or high-availability systemsFamiliarity with distributed workflow tools (e.g., Netflix Conductor, Apache Flink)Exposure to AI/ML integration or chatbot developmentKnowledge of database migration tools (Liquibase)Experience working in Agile environments
