In this key Team Manager position , you will lead and develop a DevOps & SRE team responsible for delivering practical AI capabilities that empower Pearson employees to work smarter and innovate faster. You will guide the team in building reliable platforms, tools, and services that enable colleagues to create AI-enabled applications, access trusted enterprise knowledge, and embed AI into Pearson’s core business processes. By combining people leadership, delivery accountability, technical acumen, and strategic thinking, you will create the conditions for your team to deliver a scalable, responsible, and sustainable AI ecosystem that turns Pearson’s AI strategy into meaningful business outcomes and supports our purpose of helping people realize the lives they imagine through learning.
