DevOps Lead

We're partnering with an innovative technology company that's expanding its engineering function and looking for a DevOps Lead to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, platform reliability, and DevOps best practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the DevOps function and influence the company's engineering roadmap. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.Drive DevOps best practices by building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.Champion platform reliability, security, monitoring and disaster recovery across production environments.Collaborate closely with Software Engineering teams to improve delivery, release management and operational excellence.Mentor and guide a small DevOps team while contributing hands-on to technical solutions. What We're Looking For Minimum 8 years of DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience, with experience leading technical teams.Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and container technologies (Docker/ECS).Proven experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or Node.js, with an automation-first mindset.Experience working in regulated environments such as Financial Services, FinTech or other security-focused industries will be an added advantage.
