PROJECT The project is a strategic self-service advertising solution designed to make streaming inventory more accessible, measurable, and performance-driven for advertisers of all sizes. It includes a real-time bidding and optimization platform capable of handling high-load, low-latency auction mechanics. The system integrates forecasting. Job Description Design and implement core Back-End services for real-time bidding, optimization, and ad delivery workflowsBuild custom bidding agents for real-time bid decisioningDevelop high-load, low-latency components supporting real-time auction and delivery mechanicsImplement proprietary pacing, bid-shading, and optimization logic to improve campaign efficiencyDesign and integrate forecasting capabilities for impressions, reach, outcomes estimation, and campaign planningWork with OpenRTB, JSON, protobuf, and other ad-tech protocols and data formatsIntegrate with data and metrics pipelines to support real-time optimization and reportingImplement observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities (LGTM/ELK stack)Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and ad operations stakeholders to deliver scalable performance advertising capabilities Qualifications At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Back-End Developer in commercial projectsStrong production experience with GolangExperience designing and building high-load, low-latency distributed systemsHands-on experience with JSON-based integrations, protobuf or similar protocolsExperience with low-latency data stores and caching technologies such as Aerospike, Redis, ElastiCache or similarExperience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databasesExperience building production-grade services with strong reliability, scalability and observability requirementsAbility to work independently, reason through complex system trade-offs and contribute to architecture decisionsAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of English WILL BE A PLUS Understanding of real-time bidding systems, auction mechanics and AdTech domainUnderstanding of pacing, bid optimization, forecasting or performance advertising delivery mechanicsExperience working on DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange, ad server or performance marketing platformsExperience with integration of LGTM/ELK or similar observability stacks Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills for cross-team collaborationSelf-motivated and proactive approach to workStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality
