This role is a hands-on role involving design, coding, implementation, and optimization of our application in the cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, a strong background in software development, and the ability to drive the adoption of best practices within the team and across the organization. This role involves tackling complex engineering challenges, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, innovative solutions.Responsibilities:• Cloud Architecture & Development: Provide technical guidance to the project team to designthe overall solution, Architect, design, develop, and implement scalable, highly availablecloud-native applications using the Azure cloud platform. Provide technical leadership andmentorship to junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews and promotingengineering best practices. (30%)• Automation & DevOps: Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and leverageInfrastructure as a Code tools (Terraform) to automate deployment, monitoring, andmanagement tasks. Performance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability, including managing solutions for operational administration, system backup, and disaster recovery. (30%)• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining technical roadmaps, systems capabilitiesand business processes. Follow all published MBFS processes and procedures (10%)• Security & Compliance: Ensure the cloud solutions follow MBFS's robust security best practicesand compliance standards, implementing security controls, IAM policies, and encryptiontechniques. (10%)• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and operations teams to translate businessrequirements into effective cloud-based system designs and facilitate seamless integration ofcloud solutions into existing workflows. (20%) QualifikationenQualifications:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:Information technology: 10 yearsSecurity: 1 yearStrategy: 3-4 yearsEducation:Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
