YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You use various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, job boards, databases, professional networks, and industry events to identify potential candidatesYou conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success while acting as an ambassador for SIXTYou develop a sourcing strategy in close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managersYou stay up to date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insightsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You already have some (first) experience in the field of Talent/Active Sourcing/Headhunting, at an headhunting agency or inhouse
Tools You have experience with business networks (especially LinkedIn) and Boolean search
Motivation You don't give up easily and enjoy finding new and creative ways to reach out to people
Languages You have very good English skills, other languages are a plus
