In this role, you will drive the data-led expansion of our social media ecosystem with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok (US market), combining performance marketing, social insights, and AI solutions to scale impact and automate workflows. You will own social growth, media planning, and performance optimization while building AI-powered dashboards and scalable content strategies. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You drive growth and media strategy for Instagram and TikTok (US focus), including daily paid boosting, budget planning, and performance optimizationYou analyze campaign and content performance continuously, delivering actionable insights and creating reports for internal and external stakeholdersYou design and implement AI-powered dashboards for cross-channel monitoring and conduct regular AI-based performance reviewsYou develop AI-driven solutions for content strategy, automation, posting planning, and scalable distribution across social platformsYou build and optimize AI applications in community management and customer service while ensuring high-quality user experienceYou manage and collaborate with external partners (e.g. Meta, TikTok), troubleshoot platform issues, and act as the main contact for stakeholdersYOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have a degree in Marketing, Media, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or similar, with 3+ years in social media and/or performance marketingSocial & Performance Expertise You bring strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies, KPIs, attribution models, and paid social optimizationAI & Technology You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Tiktok Ads Manager, as well as with AI tools (e.g. dashboards, automation, chatbots) and a solid understanding of digital ecosystems and APIsData Skills You are highly analytical, confident working with data and reporting tools such as Excel, Sheets, or social analytics platformsSoft Skills You work proactively, in a structured and self-driven manner, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesMindset & Language You are curious about innovation, especially AI in social media, and are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)WHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs — Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações — are where you'll find your new home base.
