Job DescriptionReady to optimize fleet planning like never before? At SIXT, we’re searching for Regional Fleet Support to driving education, processes and procedures in the Region! You’ll hold Branch and Repair Locations to Sixt repair guidelines and standards. Look forward to attractive bonuses, a company car, and numerous development opportunities with a salary at $72,500 plus an annual bonus incentive capped at $40,000! YOUR ROLE AT SIXT   You are responsible for coordinating both local Repair Managers and centralized teams at Headquarters for optimal performance You drive daily productivity with the region and communicate with the GM to identify fleet opportunities and fleet team development You will communicate all repair trends and seek support with the RFD or other departments when additional support is needed You will be heavily involved in the rollout and implementation of new processes, procedures/standards as determined by Headquarters You will assist with any special projects as required by business needs (e.g. Cobra elimination)  You will support Bonus Relevant KPI performance metrics (Repair Duration, Cost) YOUR SKILLS MATTER   Analytical Skills You have strong analytical abilities and can deliver data-driven insights to improve fleet operations and have experience conducting in-depth reporting and analysis  Organizational Skills You are highly organized, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation, ensuring efficient and smooth fleet operations across all tasks  Team Collaboration You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities  Communication Skills You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with all stakeholders and deliver results  Work Hours & Travel You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane  Uniform & Language You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus     WHAT WE OFFER   Comprehensive Benefits Package Enjoy healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance, along with a 401k plan to secure your future   Paid Time Off & Holidays Benefit from PTO, sick leave, and receive time and a half for working on public holidays   Bonus Plan Take advantage of a bonus plan based on performance   Employee Assistance Program Access support whenever needed through our Employee Assistance Program   Exclusive Employee Rentals Benefit from employee-only rental rates, with family rental options and exclusive discounts for employees   Uniform & Perks Receive a uniform with weekly dry cleaning, always ensuring a professional appearance
