Senior Azure DevOps Engineer
Malmö | Hybrid
A growing international SaaS business is looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join its expanding engineering team in Malmö.
The company has built a successful cloud-based product used by organisations across multiple markets and is entering an exciting phase of technical growth.
As the platform continues to scale, the engineering team is investing heavily in cloud infrastructure, automation, platform reliability, and Kubernetes adoption.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex operational challenges, and working closely with software development teams to deliver reliable, scalable cloud solutions.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in the evolution of the company's Azure platform, helping to improve infrastructure, deployment processes, observability, automation, and operational excellence.
The environment is collaborative and fast-moving, offering the opportunity to influence technical decisions and contribute across multiple areas rather than being confined to a narrowly defined DevOps function.
This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day operational responsibilities with longer-term platform and automation initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesManaging and improving Azure cloud infrastructureDeveloping and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using TerraformSupporting and expanding Kubernetes workloads within AKSEnhancing monitoring, reliability, and incident response processesCollaborating closely with software engineers to improve deployment and operational practicesDriving automation initiatives across infrastructure and platform operationsTroubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and production issuesContributing to cloud governance, security, and platform best practicesTaking ownership of projects from design through implementation and ongoing support
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience within DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, or similar environmentsStrong hands-on Microsoft Azure experienceProven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesExperience with GitHub and GitHub ActionsStrong Infrastructure as Code expertise using TerraformExperience working with Kubernetes and containerised environmentsHands-on experience with AKSStrong operational mindset with experience supporting production environmentsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical initiativesStrong communication skills and fluent English
