Summary
Lead technical product execution in an early-stage software company by translating strategy into delivered features while contributing directly to engineering discussions and code reviews.
Highlights
Own product execution, work closely with engineering, shape architecture, and influence an early-stage AI platform.
Description
The company
We are an early stage company building agentic AI and knowledge graph infrastructure for enterprise use cases, with a particular focus on regulated industries such as pharma and financial services.
Our platform helps organisations navigate complex, interconnected data and automate sophisticated workflows using multi-agent AI systems.
The role
We need someone who can turn product vision into shipped product, week after week.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy and code, translating direction into sprints, unblocking engineers, and making the calls that keep execution sharp.
This is not a PM role in the traditional sense.
You will be in the pull requests, in the architecture discussions, and close enough to the codebase that engineers see you as one of them, not someone managing them from a distance.
We are early stage and building from zero, which means the person in this role gets to shape how the product is built, not just optimise what already exists.
What you will own
Roadmap execution and day to day product delivery Breaking strategy into sprints, features, and clear engineering priorities Working directly with engineers to unblock delivery and keep momentum Reviewing pull requests and contributing to technical discussions Technical and architectural views of the product Product hygiene: security items, execution rigor, operational follow-through Efficiency work: unit economics, cost per run, and reduction levers like database changes and open source model choices What we are looking for Able to write code.
This is not negotiable, and it is the thing that earns you credibility with the engineering team Comfortable reviewing pull requests and holding your own in a conversation about secure architecture A strong execution operator, someone who ships rather than just plans Product minded: you can take raw capability and shape it into something real Ideally, you have built a B2B, ideally AI, SaaS product at an early stage startup, where you were shaping the product from zero rather than iterating on something established โข High ownership: you bring good product practices in, rather than waiting to be told what good looks like
