Strong expertise in telecommunications access networks, including FTTN, FTTP, HFC, Fixed Wireless, and Satellite technologies.  Proven experience leading technical delivery for large-scale network transformation or infrastructure programs.  Strong understanding of OSS/BSS platforms, network provisioning, service assurance, and system integrations.  Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical architectures and delivery plans.  Experience managing complex technical dependencies, risks, and stakeholder environments.  Strong technical documentation, architecture, and communication skills.  Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across business and technology teams.  Experience in Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies within telecommunications environments.
