Junior Game Developer

Graduate/Junior Game Developer (Igaming) I'm currently working with a highly expansive and well established Igaming company in Birmingham who have recently expanded into the online world of Gambling and have some big plans over the next 6 to 12 months. They are looking for Junior or Graduate Game Developer who will have the opportunity to grow throughout their career with the company., Role Responsibilities: Develop and optimize graphical applications for browser-based games.Work at the core of a brand new team in a growth area of the business.Work with PixiJS and related libraries to bring game visuals and interactions to life.Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure smooth, engaging gameplay experiences.Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on performance.Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve applications for seamless performance across platforms.Key Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience with PixiJS or similar 2D rendering libraries.Demonstrated experience developing graphical applications or interactive media within web browsers.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and web graphics.Familiarity with game development frameworks and performance optimization techniques.
