We’re on the lookout for a practical, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established, Perth-owned home builder delivering quality single-storey homes across Perth. If you’re someone who enjoys being out on site, solving problems and working with your hands — this is a role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to person making sure homes are finished to a high standard and clients are looked after. You’ll be joining a down-to-earth, supportive team who genuinely enjoy what they do. With experienced leadership, a steady pipeline of work and a strong reputation in the market, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can take ownership and make a real impact. The Opportunity You’ll take charge of the maintenance side of the business — getting out on site, assessing issues, coordinating trades and jumping in where needed to get things sorted. Your day to day will involve: Attending homes to assess and resolve maintenance issuesManaging and responding to client requests with a solutions-focused approachCoordinating trades where required to ensure work is completed efficientlyCarrying out minor maintenance or touch-up work where requiredEnsuring every homeowner has a smooth, positive post-handover experience What We’re Looking For This role would suit someone from a carpentry, maintenance or handyman background who understands how homes are put together and takes pride in a job well done.
