About the Role
You'll join as a Software Engineer, Infrastructure, building and scaling the distributed platform that powers enterprise identity security.
You'll design reliable backend systems, improve platform scalability and performance, build internal developer infrastructure, and collaborate closely with product engineers to help the organization ship faster and more securely.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience building distributed systems as a software engineer (not purely SRE or DevOps).Experience building platform infrastructure, backend services, or developer platforms supporting engineering teams.Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to pass a rigorous coding interview.Experience designing and scaling large distributed systems serving enterprise or multi-tenant SaaS workloads.Strong backend development experience in Go (Golang) or another systems programming language.Experience with AWS or GCP, plus familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Kafka.Previous experience at a leading technology company or high-growth startup with strong engineering culture is highly preferred.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $160Kโ$250K Base + Competitive Equity
Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office)
