Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular) Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract / Contract-to-Hire Only W2 (No C2C) - H1 transfer works Open Positions: 2 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Angular to join our client's engineering team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment. Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.Strong experience with Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.5+ years of experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.Experience with Hibernate/JPA.Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.Docker and Kubernetes exposure.Kafka or other messaging technologies.Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and application security best practices.Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing.Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular.Integrate frontend and backend components through REST APIs.Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
