Seeking an experienced Senior .Net Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and CI/CD to develop, support, and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications. Experience with Accela and OpenGov is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications.Build and support REST APIs and microservices.Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure.Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.Develop SQL Server solutions (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).Integrate third-party systems and Government SaaS platforms.Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.Required Skills 8+ years of .NET/Azure development (C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, VB.NET)SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)Azure, Git, CI/CDREST APIs & MicroservicesHTML, CSS, JavaScriptVisual Studio / VS CodePower BI or TableauQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience5+ years of application development2+ years in a technical lead rolePreferred Experience with Accela, OpenGov, or other Government SaaS platformsLocal or State Government experienceStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
