The Role Hiring three Founding Software Engineers to help architect and scale the infrastructure powering autonomous AI agents for the hospitality industry. This is a true 0→1 engineering role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and wants direct ownership over product, infrastructure, and technical direction from the earliest stages. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build scalable AI systems, infrastructure pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks that support real-time decision-making across thousands of guest interactions.
