About the Role
We are seeking a Staining Software Engineer Associate to join a growing software engineering team supporting the development of laboratory diagnostic instrumentation.
In this role, you will design, develop, verify, and maintain software used to support staining procedures and laboratory workflows while collaborating closely with scientists and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications supporting staining procedures and laboratory instrumentation.Develop software using C#, Python, and SQL.Write and maintain scripts to support software development and automation activities.Perform software verification, pre-verification, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.Participate in software design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities.Collaborate with scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions.Support software deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.0-5 years of software development experience.Strong programming experience in:C#PythonSQLExperience with scripting and automation.Experience with software verification, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience using Git or other version control systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications
