Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using .NET Core and C# for backend, paired with React for frontend development.Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement process improvements.Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold coding standards and ensure quality.Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.Analyze project and business risks, proposing mitigation strategies as necessary.Enhance application performance through troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting information clearly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.5-7 years of progressive experience in software development.Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.A commitment to learning and evolving with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Work Environment
This hybrid role is based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, with in-office work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
