DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring solutions while collaborating closely with development and operations teams.
RequirementsMinimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or a similar role.Experience in the banking industry is preferred, or a good understanding of banking systems and workflows.Strong understanding of software development and software deployment processes.Solid knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment automation.Experience with Git and Source Code Management (SCM) best practices.Proficient in Linux/Unix command-line environments.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (including supporting tools such as kubectl).Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell Script, Python, or Groovy.Experience with logging platforms such as ELK Stack, OpenSearch, or Loki.Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and APM solutions (e.g., Dynatrace).Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.Experience investigating production issues, performing incident mitigation, and implementing preventive measures.Strong collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.Preferred KnowledgeAgile Project ManagementSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Agile Software DevelopmentAgile Ways of WorkingSoftware DeploymentDevOps best practices and collaboration
