As Head of Product Development, you'll lead the team responsible for bringing LSKD products to life, turning concepts into premium, high-performing products ready for market. Working closely with Design, Merchandising and Supply Chain, you'll balance quality, function, cost and speed while building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional product every season. How You'll Make An Impact... Product Development Leadership Lead the end‑to‑end product development process across all categoriesSet and maintain development standards, critical paths and ways of workingEnsure development timelines align to Go‑To‑Market milestones and business prioritiesProvide technical and feasibility input into range and line planning discussions Quality, Fit & Performance Be accountable for product quality, fit and performance prior to production sign‑offOversee testing, wear trials and validation processesIdentify and resolve quality or performance risks in partnership with internal teams and suppliersEnsure all product meets compliance, safety and sustainability requirements Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Design, Merchandising and Supply Chain to align vision, cost, timing and executionTranslate design intent into executable development plansPresent development status, risks and recommendations at key product forumsSupport Creative Direction with development insight and constraints Supplier & Capability Management Build and maintain strong working relationships with development and manufacturing partnersPartner with Sourcing to align supplier capability to product requirementsSupport cost engineering initiatives while protecting performance and qualityIdentify opportunities to improve development efficiency and supplier performance Team Leadership & Capability Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing product development teamFoster a collaborative, accountable and growth‑oriented team cultureEstablish clear role ownership, development expectations and workflowsChampion continuous improvement across tools, systems and processes Systems & Process Ensure effective use and integrity of PLM systems (3 Clicks) and supporting toolsMaintain accurate development documentation and visibility across the product lifecycleIdentify opportunities to improve development workflows and scalability Decision Responsibility Recommending development timelines, construction approaches and cost implicationsExecuting approved product development plansSigning off on technical readiness, fit and quality prior to productionEscalating risks and trade‑offs with clear options and recommendations Any other Duties as directed by the CEO/Founder.
