The Team: The Engineering Workbench team builds and evolves a flagship Accuris product used globally by engineering professionals. The team focuses on delivering robust, scalable, secure, and highly usable cloud-based solutions in AWS, supporting modern engineering workflows and access to critical technical knowledge. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, ML engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders. The team values frontend craft, technical ownership, accessibility, performance, maintainability, continuous improvement, and practical collaboration across disciplines. The Impact: As a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in Angular, you will design and develop modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experience, performance, accessibility, and scalability. You will take ownership of complex frontend features and components, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical functionality within a globally used flagship product, contribute to frontend architecture decisions, establish best practices, and help drive the evolution of our cloud-native platform running in AWS. Responsibilities: Design and develop modern, responsive, and highly interactive web applications using Angular.Own frontend features end-to-end, from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform business requirements into intuitive user experiences.Contribute to frontend architecture, component libraries, state management strategies, and application standards.Ensure high-quality delivery through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.Work closely with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and microservices-based solutions.Support production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Mentor other engineers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and development standards.Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams. What We’re Looking For: Key qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of professional frontend development experience, including strong commercial experience with Angular.Experience building complex enterprise-grade web applications and integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and microservices.Familiarity with cloud-native environments and modern software delivery practices. Key soft skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and ownership of frontend quality and delivery outcomes.Commitment to engineering excellence, quality, maintainability, accessibility, documentation, and continuous improvement.English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Required Knowledge / Technologies: Expert knowledge of Angular, including standalone components and Angular Signals.Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SCSS.Experience with signal-based and reactive state management, including Angular Signals, @ngrx/signals, NgRx, or similar, and RxJS.Experience building and consuming component and design-system libraries, responsive design, frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, and frontend testing frameworks such as Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Spectator, Cypress, or Playwright.RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration, including Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns; modern authentication flows such as OAuth2/PKCE, OIDC, SAML, and token management; AWS cloud-native delivery, Azure DevOps, Git, pull request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, WCAG accessibility standards, OWASP frontend security best practices, Web Components, Lit, micro-frontend architectures, Module Federation, and modern build tooling such as Rsbuild/Rspack, SWC, Vite, or webpack. Compensation/Benefits Information Accuris states that the anticipated base salary / budget for this position is PLN 25,000 gross per month, with flexibility depending on seniority and experience. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
