The Role
The Full-Stack Software Engineer will take ownership across the entire product surface, from backend systems and API design through to polished, user-facing dashboards and analytics tools.
Day to day, you will build and iterate on core platform capabilities including prompt orchestration, telephony integrations, and customer onboarding flows, working across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.
You will lead features from initial architecture through to production deployment, collaborating closely with customers to turn real feedback into meaningful product improvements.

What experience does the Full-Stack Software Engineer need?
At least five years of hands-on full-stack experience, ideally gained across early-stage startups or within a large-scale technology environment, with a genuinely balanced split between frontend and backend workStrong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Node.js, plus comfort working with cloud infrastructure such as AWSDemonstrated ability to take a feature from architecture and design all the way through to deployment and ongoing iteration, with minimal hand-holdingExperience supporting customers directly, diagnosing live issues, and translating user feedback into well-considered engineering solutionsBenefits
