What You'll Do Develop and implement responsive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive frontend experiences.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions efficiently.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies.What We're Looking For Technical Skills: Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.Strong experience (5+ years) with React framework/library.Deep understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) or frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).Familiarity with version control systems: Git.Experience with build tools and bundlers: Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.Understanding of Frontend Software Architecture and patterns.(Bonus) Knowledge of one or more testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).(Bonus) Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)(Bonus) Understanding of Accessibility (a11y) standards Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.User-centric mindset, always striving to deliver the best possible user experience.Why Join Us?
